Accommodation in Australia
Basair Aviation College is able to provide accommodation for the duration of your course.
Accommodation is either an individual room with shared facilities, or a room within a shared house.
The accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis – you provide your own food. All rooms include a bed, storage facilities, and study facilities are provided either in the room, or as a separate study within the house. You will need to provide your own bed linen, towels, cleaning items, food.
Accommodation fees include room rental only. Electricity, gas and water charges are extra.
A telephone service is not provided – we recommend you obtain a “pre-paid” mobile phone account.
You will need to pay a rental bond of AUD$600 plus 3 months rent in advance to secure your accommodation placing (total of AUD$2700). Payment of the remaining fees is required quarterly (every 3 months). There is no refund of fees if you decide to leave the accommodation facilities unless Basair Aviation College is able to place someone else in your room.
